Support Policy

Thank you for using Themes Harbor products! We’re here to help you to succeed but we do not have unlimited resources and we unfortunately need to set a standard for which use cases we can and cannot provide support for our products.

Support Period

We provide one-on-one support to all our customers who have a valid license key. Our support is provided for 12 months from the purchase date. You can extend support for another 12 months at a 30% discount once your license has expired.

Support Scope

We only cover support for our themes and we will answer queries regarding the installation, configuration and use of our themes. Please understand that we sell our themes “as is” and do not provide any help with customizations beyond the scope of the theme’s intended style or functionality.

We don’t offer support for the installation, customization or administration of WordPress itself, nor do we support any third-party plugins you might choose to use with our themes. Issues with plugins should be raised with the plugin author. You can also post your question(s) at WordPress.org Extend forums.

We are unable to provide support related to your server or hosting configuration – these issues must be raised with your specific hosting provider.

Support Hours

We’ll do our best to answer all support requests within 24 hours, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. More advanced or technical queries may take longer. Our support is only provided via contact form (emails). We do not offer any support via blog comments, Twitter, Facebook, phone or other communication channels.
